Do I need a bank card to get started?
No. The Free plan needs no bank card: 50 products and 30 orders a month, for 3 months, then the shop goes on standby (data kept) until a paid plan is chosen.
Can I manage several shops?
Yes. From a single owner account, you can create and manage as many shops as you like. Each shop has its own subdomain, products, orders and identity.
Which payment methods are accepted?
For your customers: cash on delivery. Paddle is used only for Shops-DZ subscription billing, never for your customers’ payments.
How does billing work for paid plans?
The Free plan lasts 3 months, with no bank card. Afterwards the shop goes on standby (data kept) until you choose a paid plan. Pro and Business are billed at a fixed monthly dinar price.
Is my data isolated from other shops?
Each shop's products, orders, customers, and media are scoped to that shop's context in the application.
Can I use my own domain name?
A custom domain (shop.com instead of shop.shops-dz.com) is available on the Pro and Business plans. Our team configures DNS and SSL for you.
